At WB Groceries, we want every customer to receive fresh, accurate, and quality grocery items. Because groceries include perishable products, our refund and return policy is different from regular retail stores.

2. Return Eligibility

Due to food safety and hygiene reasons, most grocery items cannot be returned once they have been delivered, picked up, opened, used, or removed from their original condition.

Returns or refunds may be considered only if:

  • You received the wrong item
  • An item was missing from your order
  • An item arrived damaged
  • A fresh or perishable item was spoiled at the time of delivery
  • There was a confirmed order mistake from WB Groceries

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally non-returnable:

  • Fresh fruits and vegetables
  • Bakery items
  • Dairy products
  • Frozen foods
  • Meat, seafood, or deli items
  • Opened food packages
  • Beverages after delivery or pickup
  • Personal care or hygiene products
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Gift cards, if offered

4. Reporting an Issue

If there is a problem with your order, contact us as soon as possible.

Please call (781) 327-2184 within 24 hours of receiving your order.

To help us review your request, please provide:

  • Your full name
  • Order number, if available
  • Product name
  • Clear photo of the damaged, spoiled, or incorrect item
  • Short explanation of the issue

Requests made after 24 hours may not qualify for a refund or replacement.

5. Refund Options

If your request is approved, WB Groceries may offer one of the following:

  • Replacement item
  • Store credit
  • Partial refund
  • Full refund for the affected item

Refunds are reviewed case by case. Approval depends on the product type, issue, and evidence provided.

6. Missing Items

If an item is missing from your order, contact us within 24 hours. Once confirmed, we may offer a refund, replacement, or store credit for the missing item.

7. Wrong Items

If you receive the wrong item, please do not use or open it. Contact WB Groceries immediately with a photo of the item and your order details.

We may arrange a replacement, refund, or other fair solution.

8. Damaged or Spoiled Items

If an item arrives damaged or spoiled, contact us within 24 hours with photos. Fresh and perishable items must be reported quickly so we can verify the issue fairly.

9. Order Cancellations

You may request to cancel an order before it has been prepared, packed, or sent for delivery.

Once an order is being prepared, packed, dispatched, or delivered, cancellation may not be possible.

10. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds may take 5 to 10 business days to appear in your original payment method, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Store credit or replacement options may be processed sooner.

11. Delivery Fees

Delivery fees are generally non-refundable unless the issue was caused by WB Groceries or the order was cancelled before processing.

12. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing correct delivery information
  • Being available to receive the order
  • Checking items soon after delivery or pickup
  • Reporting problems within 24 hours
  • Storing fresh or frozen items properly after receiving them

WB Groceries is not responsible for product issues caused by delayed collection, incorrect storage, or inaccurate customer information.

13. Final Sale Items

Some items may be marked as final sale, clearance, or promotional items. These items are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged, spoiled, or incorrect.
